Any issues with any product must be reported to The Weeb Lounge within 48 hours of delivery by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the issue. After the 48 hour period we will not be able to accept any claims.
Only damaged and defective items may be returned and can only be exchanged for the exact same item. This includes the same color, size, or any other choice options. Pictures of the damaged and/or defective item must be provided via support email.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Items that cannot be returned under any circumstance:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Trading Card Boxes, Packs, and Singles
- Any animation artwork
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The Weeb Lounge does not provide refunds or credit for any purchases or shipping costs. In the event of a damaged or defective item that we are unable to exchange for the same item, a credit or refund may be possible.
